The Dream

Long ago, I dreamed of hosting a wedding that wasn’t just beautiful—but alive. One that would feel like stepping into a fairytale. A wedding party where the trees, the flowers, and even the snacks are grown with LOVE and INTENTION. A place where every path tells a story, and every corner hides a little surprise.

Over the last 2 decades, I’ve carefully designed and grown my edible & herbal food forest with many goals in mind. One goal: to create a living, breathing venue—complete with hallways of flowering herbs, whimsical doorways made of arched vines, winding garden paths, private hidden corridors, and secret entranceways that make every guest feel like they’ve stepped into their own enchanted chapter.

A Wedding Party Grown From the Ground Up

This isn’t just a garden-themed event—this is a full-blown transformation of my homegrown paradise into a wedding that’s almost entirely self-sufficient.

My food forest is going to provide:

The Venue – A natural cathedral of trees and herbs, layered with flowers and fruit.

The Food – Think grazing tables loaded with garden-fresh goodies, herbal finger foods, and dreamy floral-laced desserts.

The Snacks – Homemade, dried, and packaged delights from my own backyard.

The Flowers – Straight from the soil to the bouquet, with wild, romantic blooms and fragrant herbal touches.

The Drinks & Alcohol – Infused herbal teas, botanical cocktails, and maybe even a wild-fermented wedding wine.
