“I’ve watched several videos on sour dough and participated in a few blogs. It wasn’t until I watched The Homemade Gardener's video that I felt comfortable to move forward with making my own starter and baking sour dough bread. Michele’s video is not only well organized but will make you feel confident to delve into the process. Just when you think you’ve done something wrong she assures you that all is well. Following her steps I’ve had great success with each and every loaf. Being able to control what’s IN my bread is very important to me. Thanks for saving me from store bought bread Michele”

This is the beef jerky recipe I have been promising that I make every year for my family and friends. The goal this year is to up the anti and start smoking a new jerky recipe.

This is one of those biscuits you just have to make every now and then. These taste like croissants and are absolutely buttery delicious! DO NOT OVER MIX!!!

We ALWAYS have fresh nuts sitting around. Slow roasting them really creates a unique finish that everyone will be asking "what did you do to these nuts?"
