1. Spread 1 pound of raw nuts on a baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Remove nuts from oven and coat with 1 teaspoon coconut oil while still hot.
  3. Immediately add the salt using the finest shavings possible so it will stick to the nuts! Nuts will get crunchy after they cool down.


Slow roasting raw nuts at low temperatures allows the nuts to shine and sweetens them up a bit!


  • 1 LB Raw Nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, etc)
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Coconut Oil (any oil will work)
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt- FINE (any salt will work)


You can do this with any raw nuts you like...pecans, cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pistachios, etc! You can use whatever oil you wish to well as you can use whatever salt you like too, just make sure the salt is as fine as you can get it. The finer the salt is, the easier it will stick to the nuts! I like to use giant blocks of pink Himalayan sea salt and a salt makes it super ultra fine!!
